DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of manufacturing tasks Monitor production schedules, identify and resolve any bottlenecks or issues that may arise Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet required specifications Analyse production data and provide reports to management on key performance indicators Identify opportunities for process improvements and work collaboratively with the team to implement changes Provide coaching and mentoring to production team members, supporting their professional development Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry Strong understanding of production planning, quality control and continuous improvement methodologies Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically Proficient in data analysis and report writing, with the ability to interpret and present findings effectively Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations in the manufacturing sector Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Engineering, Operations Management or Industrial Management
