Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales representatives, ensuring that they are meeting their goals.
Supervises direct sales representatives to ensure that each team does their part in supporting the M&G Company achieve its objectives.
Support the sales team by conducting high-level selling
Conduct market analysis and make long-term and short-term work plans
Provide reports to Manager like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports
Assist the line managers to ensure adequate client communication, maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.
Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active Modern Channel customers.
Evaluate & Monitoring performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the team’s performance
Monitoring & Maintain Customer’s Account Recievable
REQUIREMENT
Ages 25 – 35 Years Old
Minimum 1 year Experience in related fields
Minimum 1 year Experience in Modern Trade
Minimum 1 Year Experience in Stationery Product (Kenko, Joyko, Zebra, Pentel, Faber Castell)
English Speaker is an added-value
