DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and lead the HR and GA teams to ensure efficient and effective operations Develop and implement HR and GA policies, procedures, and best practices Oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development Manage employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary actions Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients and personnel, providing HR and GA support in the Japanese language Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR and GA-related matters Continually seek opportunities to improve HR and GA processes and enhance the employee experience
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree graduates Minimum 10 year's of experience in a similar HRGA management role, preferably in a Japanese-speaking environment Excellent command of the Japanese language, both written and verbal and holds JLPT N2. (MUST) Have experience from Japanese company and experience in Construction Engineering industry is a MUST Have experience handle New Establish company (preferable) Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of HR and GA professionals Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis to drive decision-making Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees and clients
