DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist Business Development in preparing proposals or quotation. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Monitoring shipment once received order confirmation from customer. Communication with overseas office and Operation during shipment arrangement.
REQUIREMENT

Experienced in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding company (minimum 3 years) as a Sales Support. Understanding of logistics documents, process and flow of export & import. Computer literate: Microsoft Office. Effective communication and service oriented. High responsibility and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till completed. Fluent in English both oral and written (Preferable).
