Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure team cohesion and high morale. Logistics & Warehouse Operations: Oversee day-to-day logistics & warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety. Monitor service levels, delivery schedule, inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to optimize stock levels. SAP Integration: Serve as the SAP expert, ensuring the proper utilization and optimization of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) module. Collaborate with IT and SAP teams to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and enhance system functionalities. Train warehouse staff on SAP processes and procedures, ensuring a high level of competency within the team. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize SAP reporting tools to generate accurate and insightful reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory data. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with established procedures and standards.
