DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop, customize, and maintain Epicor ERP applications based on evolving business needs. Design, implement, and test new features and functions within the Epicor system. Analyze business requirements and deliver effective Epicor-based solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues to ensure smooth operations. Configure forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows in Epicor. Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and optimization. Participate in Epicor upgrades and implementation projects.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP (preferably Kinetic 2024.2) Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, etc.). Experience with Epicor Kinetic tools such as Application Studio, BAQ, Epicor Data Discovery, BPM, SSRS Reports, Dashboards, Kinetic Mobile (CRM, Kinetic Warehouse) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and a team-oriented, proactive mindset.
