DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Drive market traffic and optimize product depth, develop business plans to achieve results consistent with regional goals. Build relationships with single-point or chain customers, understand their needs, accept their orders, and increase SKU inventory and diversity. Perform daily sales visits, increase orders, verify inventory, and ensure that all customers can achieve sales goals. Negotiate customer contracts that provide win-win situations to meet customer goals while meeting customer care needs. Ensure store sales meet Abbott expectations and maximize product depth and sales potential. Prove the superiority of Abbott products from the customer's point of view and emphasize the ROI advantage of the Abbott brand. Influence customers with persuasive brand stories involving traffic and sales growth to maintain the right inventory balance and market credit involving accounts receivable. Review channel performance monthly and develop plans to deal with backlogged channels to meet channel goals. Influence dealers to maintain inventory and adhere to route plans developed in conjunction with customer plans. Ensure sufficient daily replenishment to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly goals. Build high-quality customer databases and regional information to create a competitive environment for regions/routes. Integrate multi-channel marketing and digital customer journey maps with customer lifecycles to support the establishment and consolidation of needs, such as POS apps, self-service apps/networks, learning management systems, retail communities, webinars, etc. Comply with laws and regulations.
REQUIREMENT

University degree, preferably with a background in nutrition and health. Experience / Qualifications Sales Representatives with relevant industry experience are preferred. Sales Specialist at least 5 years, including at least 2 years of successful sales supervision / management experience. Senior Specialist more than 7 years of experience. Good sales performance record Responsible for product and sales targets in the designated area each year. Serve defined customer groups on specific routes on a daily, weekly or monthly cycle as assigned by the Regional Account Manager, contributing to the long-term growth of Abbott Nutrition products in the region; accept and place orders in accordance with Abbott standard operating procedures to ensure sales targets are achieved. Operational Results Increase sales and market share of Abbott products in all channels in various forms. Maintain certain in-store sales and optimal inventory levels. Maintain stable inventory rotation and SKU availability. Develop new business through retail/distribution network. Achieve continuous improvement goals through innovative multi-channel touch point activities to reach and influence customer and consumer brand behavior.
