DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide technical consultancy regarding the development of IT infrastructure. Handle feedback and complaints from user units related to infrastructure (VOC). Manage maintenance and service of IT infrastructure components. Monitor system performance and respond to operational issues promptly. Develop manuals and procedures for system handling and troubleshooting. Manage IT assets such as PCs, laptops, monitors, and software assets.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience in building and operating IT infrastructure. Solid knowledge of system configuration for IT infrastructure components. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Linux and Windows OS, including CLI and shell scripting. At least 3 years of experience managing servers, networks, security devices, and communication links. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
