DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing day-to-day communication for both inquiries and complaints from customers and potential customers Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers and potential customers at all times. Handle administrative duties related with customers Involve in every Operations activities and ensure the Operations work properly Taking care of incoming / outgoing letters, vendors and partners management and general affairs Ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of Operations and Co-Founders
REQUIREMENT

Have a banking or financial background would be a plus Analytical Thinking Creative (Out of the Box Ideas) Have a great initiative and observation skill Effective Communication Skill in Bahasa and English Able to work well independently and within a team
