DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collecting, controlling, and managing all data sales. Making PO, SO, and DO. Monitoring stock. Supporting sales team. Make sales report activity (daily, weekly, monthly) Communicate with the warehouse team. Collaborate with cross-division and will be part of the Online Team.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field from a reputable university. Minimum 2 years experience in a related field. Having experience in handling administration products (e.g. Expired Date & Aging Product). Having experience as an administration in the E-Commerce industry is an advantage. Familiar with accounting and SAP systems will be an advantage. Having advanced skills in Ms. Excel is mandatory (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table). Having experience in journals, inventory, and others. Hard worker, honest, and able to work independently as well as ina team.
