DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Actively prospecting for new clients and generating sales leads Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries promptly Preparing and presenting sales proposals and quotations Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the freight/cargo forwarding industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Familiarity with freight and cargo forwarding processes and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
