DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives. Lead and manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Oversee employee performance management processes, including appraisals and career development plans. Manage employee relations, including handling disputes, disciplinary procedures, and grievances. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. Review, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks. Design and coordinate employee training and development programs. Administer compensation, benefits, and wellness programs, including BPJS. Monitor and enhance organizational culture and employee engagement. Maintain accurate HR records and utilize HRIS systems for reporting and data management. Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices. Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment, training, employee engagement, and policy development. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS tools. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
