Administer compensation and benefit plans
Conduct employee onboarding and help organise training & development initiatives
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like employee turnover rates
Organise performance and annual employee reviews
Maintain employee files and records
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organising team building activities
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Contribute to team and organisational improvements in process and infrastructure
Follow industry best practices
REQUIREMENT
At least 3+ years of working experience in a similar role
Exposure in tech, agency, or start up environment
A strong ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people from all backgrounds, at all levels including senior management
A very high attention to detail
An ability to understand and live the businesses values, as a key representative of the brand when communicating externally
Willing to work according to Australian Time
