DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proactively reaching out to potential customers via telephone to generate new sales leads and opportunities Providing excellent customer service and support to existing customers Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products and services Negotiating and closing sales deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities Contributing to the overall sales strategy and performance of the team
REQUIREMENT

Previous experience in a sales or telesales role, preferably within the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Good time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities A proactive, results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
