DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

ERP System Implementation and Support: Implement and maintain ERP systems to ensure seamless operation and user satisfaction. User Assistance and Troubleshooting: Provide comprehensive user support, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly. Daily System Monitoring: Oversee daily ERP system activities, ensuring optimal performance and timely follow-up with users. User Request Analysis: Develop a thorough understanding of user requests, including their context and background, to provide effective solutions. Software Development: Develop and implement IT software within the Secom Indonesia environment, ensuring it meets organizational needs and standards. Bug and Defect Management: Identify, document, track, and manage bugs and defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
REQUIREMENT

Educational Background: Minimum S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in IT Support or ERP Support roles. ERP Knowledge: Basic understanding of ERP concepts, with a preference for proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking issues. Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills, initiative, and the ability to solve complex problems effectively. We are looking forward to working together with you!
