DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote 5TH Avenue's products and services to customers Building and maintaining strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners and stakeholders Generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals to achieve sales targets Conducting market research, competitor analysis and customer segmentation to identify new business opportunities Collaborating with the Promotion team to create engaging Mandarin-language content and campaigns Providing regular sales and performance reports to the management team Identifying and capitalizing on trends in the Mandarin-speaking market to drive business growth
REQUIREMENT

Excellent Mandarin skills, both verbal and written Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering successful marketing campaigns Strong understanding of the Mandarin-speaking market and customer behaviour Proficient in using CRM systems, data analysis tools, and digital marketing platforms Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
