DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the financial accounting and reporting function, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Oversee the implementation of accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards Manage the tax filing and compliance requirements for the company, including liaising with tax authorities Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals to drive efficiency and continuous improvement Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the senior management team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and decision-making
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, or ACCA) Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar finance accounting and tax management role, preferably within the manufacturing or energy industry Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge, with a deep understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements Proven experience in leading and managing a team of finance professionals Familiar with Tax Allowances and Tax Holiday Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficient in using financial reporting and analysis software If you are passionate about finance, accounting, and tax management, and are ready to make a significant contribution to our growing business, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
