Design, implement, and support LAN and WAN environments across multiple sites. Perform day-to-day network administration, monitoring, and performance tuning. Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers (ATI, Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Huawei). Conduct network health checks, patch management, and firmware upgrades. Collaborate with vendors and service providers for network support and issue resolution. Maintain and manage the enterprise IP address space, including planning, allocation, documentation, and monitoring of IP subnets across multiple sites and networks. Design and administer DHCP services to ensure efficient and accurate dynamic IP address assignment. Manage internal and external DNS zones, records (A, CNAME, MX, , etc.), and ensure DNS resolution is reliable and secure. Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to support name resolution needs. Responsible for managing Active Directory and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, ensuring seamless and secure access to enterprise applications including Microsoft 365 Responsible for managing domain names, including registration, renewal, DNS configurations, and periodic cleanup of unused or expired entries to ensure a secure and organized domain environment Maintain detailed documentation of network addressing, DHCP scopes, DNS zones, and AD structure. Ensure all configurations comply with IT policies and audit requirements. Implement and enforce security best practices across all network systems. Work with cybersecurity teams on firewall rules, IPS/IDS, VPNs, and network segmentation. Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for network-related security incidents. Support server infrastructure (Windows/Linux) and virtualization platforms when required Support DR drills, backup connectivity, and high-availability configurations.
