DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Understand and translate client requirements into clear technical specifications
Develop detailed project schedules, define milestones and key deliverables
Collaborate with developers to perform cost and impact analysis
Track project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth delivery within timeline and budget
Monitor and manage deliverables, risks, issues, and change requests
Support testing processes to ensure solutions meet quality standards
Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members
Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and presentations
Obtain client sign-off on project milestones and final deliverables
Oversee multiple concurrent projects through their entire lifecycle
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
At least 4 years of project management experience in IT/software development
Proficiency in Mandarin (for communication with overseas counterparts)
Certifications like PMP or ITIL are an advantage
