Lead Deployment: Drive the implementation and optimization of the COUPA system (including Procurement Modules such as S2C – Source to Contract, and P2O – Purchase to Order) for both local and foreign entities.
Configuration Alignment: Ensure system configurations accurately incorporate procurement standards, policies, and best practices.
Milestone Management: Oversee key milestones (e.g., upgrades, data migration) to ensure timely delivery.
Technical Integration & Coordination:
Primary Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between Procurement, IT, and third-party vendors.
Requirements Translation: Translate procurement requirements into technical specifications for IT development and system enhancements.
Seamless Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate COUPA smoothly with existing enterprise systems.
Helpdesk Support: Provide first-level troubleshooting for COUPA system issues.
Quality Assurance:
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT for new functionalities and system upgrades to ensure quality and compliance.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze system performance data to identify opportunities for process and system enhancements.
Continuous Process Optimization:
Feedback Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback and drive continuous improvements in procurement digitalization.
Innovation & Best Practices: Proactively identify and implement innovations that enhance procurement outcomes and system efficiency.
REQUIREMENT
Have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree from any major.
Have a proven experience and knowledge in procurement system and process, project management, and compliance, especially in COUPA system implementation and integration with minimum of 3 years experience.
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment with cross-functional teams.
Willing to be placed in Bandung.
