Configuration Alignment: Ensure system configurations accurately incorporate procurement standards, policies, and best practices. Milestone Management: Oversee key milestones (e.g., upgrades, data migration) to ensure timely delivery. Technical Integration & Coordination: Primary Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between Procurement, IT, and third-party vendors. Requirements Translation: Translate procurement requirements into technical specifications for IT development and system enhancements. Seamless Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate COUPA smoothly with existing enterprise systems. Helpdesk Support: Provide first-level troubleshooting for COUPA system issues. Quality Assurance: User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT for new functionalities and system upgrades to ensure quality and compliance. Performance Monitoring: Analyze system performance data to identify opportunities for process and system enhancements.
