REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relation or related quantitative field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and stakeholders. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. Fluent in English, both speaking & writing will be plus point. Placement in Head Office: Jakarta Pusat.
