DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist Manager to perform daily task and to execute the business plan. Preparing BoD material for meeting and reporting. Preparing material for weekly/regular meeting and reporting for weekly/monthly. Recap and monitor insurance claim (car) based on list received. Handling customer complain (as member of unit customer complaint). Supervise and coach a team of customer service representatives to deliver high-quality support. Manage customer inquiries, complaints and feedback to identify and resolve issues. Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relation or related quantitative field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and stakeholders. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. Fluent in English, both speaking & writing will be plus point. Placement in Head Office: Jakarta Pusat.
