DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities to grow the business Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products and services Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to new clients Analyse market trends and competitor activities to develop innovative sales strategies Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role, preferably in the New Business Development industry Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions Proficient in using sales and CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and reporting Passion for driving growth and a competitive spirit to exceed sales targets Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
