DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Reviewing bank statement data, petty cash reports, and vouchers prepared by staff. Ensuring that AP (Accounts Payable) documents submitted to the Finance Division comply with applicable regulations. Conducting COA (Chart of Accounts) balance retrieval, monthly reconciliations, and following up on findings from the reconciliation process to ensure the presented balances are accurate. Performing routine journal entries and necessary adjustments. Presenting financial reports along with other working papers in accordance with the predetermined group template and timeline. Preparing reconciliations and equalizations for Income Tax (PPh) and Value-Added Tax (PPN). Preparing and reviewing tax-related data for internal and external parties. Preparing documents required for internal and external purposes, including financial statement audits and ISO certification. Assisting the Head, Assistant Manager, and Manager in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Management with a minimum GPA of 3.0; a degree from a well-recognized university is a plus. A minimum of 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience in Accounting and Tax. Strong knowledge of Financial Report preparation and Financial Statement Auditing. In-depth understanding of Tax regulations and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills, with a track record in decision-making and problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and SAP. Domicile in Jabodetabek are is preferable
