DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
* Feature Development: Build and maintain new features for the LMS and community platform (e.g., courses, forums, collaboration tools).
* System Maintenance: Fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure the system runs smoothly and scales well.
* Optimization & Integration: Speed up apps and databases. Connect with third-party tools (e.g., payments, analytics, cloud).
* Documentation & Security: Write clear documentation. Follow best security practices and ensure compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
* Curriculum & Mentoring: Create a product management syllabus. Mentor and guide learners to build critical thinking skills.
* Deployment & Testing: Handle deployments with CI/CD, use Git for version control, and write tests (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Selenium).
* Team Collaboration: Work with designers, product managers, and stakeholders. Share updates and explain tech concepts clearly.
REQUIREMENT
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years as a Fullstack Web Developer on medium to large web projects.
* Tech Skills:
- Must-have: Laravel, ReactJS, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, jQuery, SPA, WebSocket.
- Nice-to-have: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices.
* Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
