DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan and execute financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with company policies and industry standards. Assess risks and evaluate internal controls to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Identify process gaps, fraud risks, and non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare clear and concise audit reports with findings and recommendations for management. Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation. Collaborate with different departments to improve internal processes and controls. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus. 7+ years of experience in internal/external auditing or risk management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and audit software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. High level of integrity, objectivity, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
