DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

✔️ Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues via remote support ✔️ Assist users with software, hardware, and network concerns ✔️ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate tech teams ✔️ Maintain accurate records of support activities ✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations ✔️ Continuously improve IT processes and procedures
REQUIREMENT

**At least 1 year** of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Service Desk roles **Education:** 2nd-year college level and up, or a Bachelor's degree holder Knowledge of **operating systems, software, and hardware components**
