Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues to drive action out of it and active to create marketing market activity’s
Develop brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition
Develop the promotional strategy and communications promotions which are overlaid with those proposed by commercial partners in the Commercial Partners area
Plan, coordinate and publicize the direct marketing and communication strategies
Implementing communications plans to increase brand awareness
Communicating brand to internal customers and stakeholders
Developing relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline
Manage and oversee the creation of marketing press release for local, national, and international media
Knowing how to optimize social media, web analytics, email marketing, Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing will be advantage
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree in any field
Maximum 40 years old
Minimum 5 year experience as a Public Relation and or Marketing Communication Manager
Preferably experience in Retail or Agency or Corporate Marketing
Excellent in communication, Strong analytical skill, Proactive, Creative, and Innovative
A team player, multi-tasker, and able to work under pressure
Detail-oriented and familiar working in fast-paced
Strong leadership skills and having a good negotiation and strategic skill
