DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell life, health, and general insurance products to bank customers. Identify customer needs through financial profiling and offer appropriate insurance solutions. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Customer Service: Provide personalized assistance to clients, explaining product features, benefits, and terms. Ensure a seamless customer experience by resolving queries and addressing concerns promptly. Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Collaboration with Bank Staff: Work closely with bank employees to identify potential leads and cross-sell opportunities. Train bank staff on insurance products and processes to enhance referrals. Participate in branch meetings and activities to strengthen partnerships. Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions. Submit regular sales reports to the Bancassurance Manager. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree (S1) Any major Have experience in Sales at Insurance or Financial Industry is preferred.
