REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics, Communication, Management). Fresh graduates are welcome but prior experience in scheduling, coordination, or customer service roles is preferred. Strong negotiation skills to negotiate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth fitment scheduling and operations. Strong ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions promptly. Excellent customer service skills to maintain positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Good verbal and written communication skills in English to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple appointments. Strong ability to work with customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows.
