DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS to support HR operations. Develop HR System in web applications. Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues. Manage and update HRIS documentation. Support development and integration of HRIS with ERP (APIs). Communicate with employees regarding know how to use HRIS.
REQUIREMENT

Min. bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Min. 1-2 years of experience as an HRIS Developer or in a similar role. Proficient in programming languages such as PHP Larvel, JavaScript Framework, Basic Python Django Framework. Experience with database technologies like PostgreSQL. Understanding of HRIS architecture, functionality, and integration with other business systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with HR-related data and reporting requirements. Excellent communication skills and proactive, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
