DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Providing technical expertise and product knowledge to support the sales team in identifying and addressing customer needs Drive production process improvement (productivity, reject, rework, etc) Support review BOD and runtime for new product development and inquiry in conjuction with Eng production, and tooling personnel Collaborating with customers to understand their requirements and proposing tailored solutions Preparing and presenting technical proposals, demonstrations and product specifications Assisting with the implementation and troubleshooting of products and services Maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure their satisfaction Staying up-to-date with market trends, industry developments and competitor activities
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree of Mechanical - Energy Electrical with min experience related min 4 years manufacturing industry Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions to meet customer needs Familiarity with ERP system (Epicor) and programming PLC, HMI and Solid Cam. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
