Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to develop tailored marketing strategies and solutions.
Proactively identify and address client needs, providing timely and effective support and guidance.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand ZINC Indonesia's client base, leveraging existing networks and conducting market research to uncover potential prospects.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals, pitch presentations, and strategic plans to win new business.
Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote ZINC Indonesia's services and generate leads.
Project Management:
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects, including promotional events, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or delays to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide strategic guidance and creative input throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand standards.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track key performance metrics and campaign results, analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, highlighting achievements, insights, and recommendations for future optimization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on strategies and tactics to drive continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in account management, business development, or marketing, preferably within the advertising, promotions, or marketing services industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and exceeding client expectations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
