DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Business Development:
Identify and develop relationship with key healthcare providers, including specialist doctors & medical administrators.
Execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
Patient Acquisition:
Qualify potential patients based on medical and economy condition.
Educate patients and caretakers on Gamma Knife technology and its benefits.
Coordinate patient appointments and referrals with healthcare providers.
Marketing and Promotion:
Participate in events such as symposiums, conferences, and press gatherings to promote Gamma Knife procedures.
Willing to travel in and out of town.
Relationship Management:
Create new leads and maintain relationships with referral sources.
Resolve patient inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manners.
REQUIREMENT
Proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, medical device, & insurance industry for minimum 4 years experience
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
