DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Deploy strategic business development plan (sales strategy) into regional activity plan
2. Analyzing regional market trend and competitor’s activities and formulating strategies to response
3. Plan profit & loss of regional sales
4. Enlarge and see the possibility & opportunity to develop area coverage and undertake new area coverage development
5. Drive Regional sales target achievement of all products as well as distribution target for direct & indirect channel
6. Prepare Regional monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast
7. Ensure accurate Regional sales forecasting and customer planning considering market potential
8. Review and monitor sales achievement activity of regional sales team (selling price, Register Outlet, Outlet Active, Effective Call, credit limit and collection Customer payment)
9. Propose and optimize Sales & Distribution infrastructure to ensure execution is going well in Direct & Indirect Channel
10. Problem solver in Regional Direct & Indirect (Sub Distributor) in term of sales operational
11. Effectively build and develop good partnerships and relationship with regional key customers & sub-distributors
12. Lead the regional sales team to the highest productivity level
13. Train and Coach regional sales team to ensure team motivation and productivity
REQUIREMENT
Min. Bachelor Degree of any major
Min. 2 years experience in the same position as Regional Sales Manager from FMCG distribution company
Strong Leadership & Communication Skills
Able to efficiently organize and synchronize tasks, people, and resources to achieve a company's goal
