DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Business Development : Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the AIDC market by targeting potential resellers, clients, industries, and verticals.
Client Consultation : Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their operational challenges and recommend suitable AIDC technologies (e.g., barcode/RFID scanners, data capture devices, labelling system).
Sales Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers, showcasing the benefits and features of AIDC solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management : Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate sales forecasting.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trens, competitive landscape, and new product developments to maintain a strong knowledge base of AIDC solutions.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for post-sales support and ongoing service.
Negotiation & Contracts : Prepare proposals, quotations, and contract agreement, and negotiate terms and conditions to meet both client and company objectives.
Collaborative Teamwork : Work closely with cross-functional teams (technical support, operations, Product & Project management) to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets & Reporting : Archieve monthly and annual sales targets. Regularly update CRM systems and provide accurate sales forecasts and report to management.
