1. Task Management
Holistic review & analysis on sales and productivity data to include:
Sales, distribution and other sales performance & productivity data
Channel specific data on sales and productivity.
National as well as by area data.
Budget utilization and monitoring.
Holistic review and analysis on promotion / trade program.
Generate deep learning on review and analysis.
2. Action Recommendation Development
Develop deep understanding of issue and challenge identification on execution.
Develop recommendation to fix the issue and challenges.
Update and present to commercial team on the finding, challenge and plan to fix.
3. Promotion/Trade Program Evaluation
Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion/trade program through holistic review and analysis.
Problem & opportunity identification.
Provide sufficient information to promotion/trade program owner evaluation.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
1-2 years of experience as a Sales Analyst, Trade Marketing Analyst, or Marketing Analyst
Proficient in computer use (Intermediate Excel & PowerPoint)
Strong analytical thinking skill
Knowledge of Sales & Marketing business processes
Interest in data analysis
Willing to be placed in Jakarta
