Sales and Marketing:
Actively seek out and engage potential new members through outreach, referrals, and walk-ins.
Conduct tours of the facility, showcasing equipment, classes, and amenities.
Present and promote membership options, packages, and benefits to prospective members.
Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to all members and prospective members.
Address and resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist new members with the sign-up process, including explaining contract terms and conditions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing members to promote retention and satisfaction.
Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and membership contracts.
Utilize CRM software to manage member information and sales data.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and member feedback.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with Personal Trainer, fitness instructors and other staff to ensure a seamless member experience.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with prospective and existing members.
Goal-oriented and highly motivated.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
