DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Implement and configure SAP Business One HANA based on business requirements.
Manage and optimize HANA databases.
Continuously monitor SAP performance, identify potential issues, and execute troubleshooting procedures to resolve them promptly.
Create or modify SAP add-ons to meet business demands.
Utilize SDK and other development tools to customize the system.
Integrate SAP B1 HANA with other relevant systems and ensure smooth data transfer between applications.
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot POS hardware and software.
Perform regular system updates and backups.
Offer on-call support for critical technical issues both within and beyond regular business hours.
Develop technical documentation and user manuals.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams.
Liaise with vendors for system upgrades, repairs, and technical support.
REQUIREMENT
5+ years of experience in SAP B1 HANA implementation and management
Strong understanding of SQL and database management
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to train and communicate effectively with non-technical staff
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to work independently and in a team
Experience in retail industries is a plus
