DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure fleet availability for all request 1. To check and arrange fleet for every request submitted by user. 2. To transfer the fleet request to Fleet Document Officer to provide voucher taxi once vehicle is not available. No defect for fleet armada 1. To regularly check and do neccessary maintenance to all fleet vehicle, to minimize the down time of fleet armada. No fleet and driver incident 1. To check the driver’s performance based upon KPI (e.g : absenteeism) 2. To liaise with insurance for any incident with the fleet armada. Ensure SLA fleet requisition within agreed SLA
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in general administration. Good in English (spoken and written). Able to work well as part of the team. Strong Leadership, wide networking, and good interpersonal skill. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Good management and administration skills
