DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Financial Reporting: Analyze and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the annual budget preparation and financial projections, and monitor budget performance to ensure alignment with targets.
- Forecasting: Develop projections for revenue and expenses based on historical data and external factors affecting financial performance.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and analyze the company’s cash flow, providing recommendations for more efficient cash management.
- Performance Analysis: Perform financial performance analysis for various departments and projects, providing insights to improve operational efficiency and cost management.
- Financial Reporting to Management: Prepare clear and concise reports for management regarding financial performance and strategic recommendations.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as marketing, operations, and accounting) to support planning and decision-making processes based on financial data.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet tools (especially Microsoft Excel, SAP, or other data analysis tools).
- Strong knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
