DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Recruitment of students and meet all targets set by the management.
Drive student recruitment activities by promoting the school program through internal/ external events, such as open house, road shows & exhibitions, collaboration with business partners, schools, enrichment centres etc.
Increase the brand awareness of our school among parents, students, professionals and stakeholders.
Organize seminars and talks to teachers, parents and students.
Drive social media marketing, monitoring and optimizing campaigns by managing advertising through various digital channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok to achieve traffics and awareness of our school.
Provide feedback to the management on a regular basis through weekly action plans and reports.
Handle all sales administration and work closely with other departments in the school to ensure great satisfaction to all prospective and existing students.
Take on any other adhoc duties which the management will assign from time to time.
Attend to enquiries through phone, email and walk-in appointments
REQUIREMENT
Holding S1-degree.
Able to articulate ideas and key selling points to prospective clients.
Good command in English will be an advantage.
Good Team Work, Fast thinker, able to react spontaneously to sensitive questions.
Confidence, having good persuasion skill & communication skill.
Enthusiastic in getting new leads independently, able to work under pressure and result-oriented.
Solid track records in sales, preferably in education field for at least 2 (two) years.
