DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ability to provide configure and support and troubleshooting for enterprise IT network equipment and identify root cause for Router, Switch, Access Point, Firewall. (Especially Cisco network product, FortiGate firewall)
Ability to provide configure and support and troubleshooting Windows 20012/2019 Servers and Active Directory.
Ability to provide configure and support and troubleshooting Configure & troubleshooting for Hyper-V server
Ability to implementation of Cloud services such as Azure, Office 365.
Ability to support and troubleshooting for hardware issue and identify root cause for enterprise server and desktop (Windows, Mac OS ), notebook (Windows , Mac OS ), tablet , printer.
Managing IT project, coordinate with vendor for schedule and implementation 7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus Responsible for all duties of IT engineer.
REQUIREMENT
At least 2 years working experience in IT support environment or in related field.
Singaporean & Permanent Resident only.
Preferably non-executive specialized in IT/Computer-Hardware or equivalent.
Possess a pro-active attitude towards customers and good working attitude.
Need to travel on-site customer place.
Able to speak English
