DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of general office affairs, including facility management, office administration, and vendor management
Developing SOPs and policies related to general office affairs and administration
Handling and managing staff housings or employee dormitories
Responsible for company property management, contract renewals, and coordinating with relevant departments to add new assets or remove old assets and continue them
Overseeing routine and non-routine office purchases such as stationery, workstations and facilities, and other new office facilities and ensuring sufficient stock, housekeeping stock requests, materials, & facilities, including maintenance
Maintaining all legal documents and office permits
Dealing with and liaising with relevant external parties (mostly Chinese expatriates)
Organizing and scheduling small and complex meetings, business trips, conferences, and department activities.
Responsible for tracking or analyzing budgets, researching information, updating databases, and creating monthly reports
REQUIREMENT
Mandarin and English proficiency is a must
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Affair and experience in handling Chinese expatriates
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Advanced knowledge of office procedures and general office equipment
Strong organizational and communication skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
Willing to be placed Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
