DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Pro-actively in identifying account growth opportunities as well as responding with initiative to market developments Participate in account development and planning. Forecast, drive and achieve sales of Account and Product Category Recommend remedial actions to superior and take timely corrective actions to redress any sales gaps. Direct Sales Consultant (Promoter) to fully support growth objectives through motivation, coaching and planning. Manage Customers’ inventory to ensure optimal stocks holdings, so as not to miss sales opportunity. Communicate marketing campaign / activities to customers, promoters and their sales staffs to achieve business direction Establish close business relationship with assigned accounts stakeholders. Engage in regular business review – conduct quarterly / mid-year / annual business reviews to recap progress and discuss corrective actions. Ensure promotion proposals are discussed & routed through Sales Manager Ensure promotional investments are maximized on return on investment. Review with Sales Manager, making recommendation for changes resulting from post evaluation on promotion / activities. Responsible on accounts receivable and promptly recommend actions. Assist Sales Manager in running day-to-day operations.
REQUIREMENT
