DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Do daily up-to-date billing system Ensure invoices are created and sent to customers on time Monitoring customer detail account for overdue payment Checking and do reconciliation AR Balance Data Experienced in reconciling receivable transactions and other 3rd parties such as leasing, etc. Coordinate with the customer to speed up the resolution of AR problems effectively and efficiently Do other related supporting administration
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Finance/Accounting; Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data; Understand and experience with SAP system or any other system; Has minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant role; Good communication skills, able to communicate using English (both written & oral). Able to speak Mandarin is preferable. Willing to work in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta area;
