DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems or equivalent. HCM consultant with minimum 3 years’ experience in delivering full-cycle of SAP HCM. Engagement including from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live. Implementation experience and deep knowledge in Payroll Indonesia. Proven experience in SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, TM, PY) Functional knowledge of SAP Solutions, in particular SAP HCM. SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage. Experience in leading and coaching other colleagues. Interest in technology and strong desire and ability to master new skills. Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs. Willingness to travel to client locations (100%). Team player.
