Coordinate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines Delegate tasks to project managers Oversee the design, testing, and deployment processes Intervene when development is behind schedule Ensure the process meets labor and quality standards
REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in a computer or business field Minimum 8 years of experience as IT Delivery Lead or IT Project manager Has experience as Technical Lead or Developer Has experience work in Financial Services Company Strong computer and software development skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with both the Waterfall and Agile development models
