DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To install laptop or desktop computer with its software application, and provide the after sales support and services, inclusive of maintenance to upkeep availability and productivity of the system. To diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve problems reported at the shortest time, ensuring the impact and disruption to customer’s operations are kept to minimum. Correspondence with next level of support or vendor for the escalation of technical issues to be resolved effectively at the shortest time. Monitor and response to the incidents reported from Ricoh’s Contact Center or through the customer’s Call Management System. Provide customer support through phone, remote access or on-site service to resolve problems within the commitment in accordance to the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Preparation and submission of installation report, incident report or service report to the reporting manager. Preparation of documented procedures or manual. Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the ISO 9001 and ISO14001 requirements and standards. Perform any other reasonable tasks being assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Degree in IT related field. Possesses the certification of MCTS or MCSA would be an added advantage. Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software problems. With working experience in customer service, performing computer hardware and software support or maintenance. Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills. Good command of both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Melayu. Strong analytical skills, resourceful, provide excellent follow-up, sense of responsibility and discipline. Available and willing to work for long hours, including after office hour and during weekend. Strong documentation skill. You will be based in customer premise in KL city center. 12 -24 months renewable contract position.
