Handle conflict resolution among stakeholders, vendors, and 3rd parties. Act as a gatekeeper for entry and exit criteria, proactively managing deviations, risks, and inter-dependencies. Escalate potential issues with well-defined mitigation plans and recommendations. Maintain effective communication between project teams, steering committees, and stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, participate in Project Governance meetings, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
