DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

IPTV network operations support and direct interaction with its IPTV customers. Monitoring and troubleshooting IPTV service & hardware that run and perform system analysis. Doing operation and maintenance for IPTV equipment that consists of multivendor Set Top Boxes (STB), middleware servers, and streamers headend at the customer ends. IPTV service test and configuration STB to new feature and bug fixing. Make regular reports on IPTV headend and IPTV middleware server for monitoring IPTV Performance equipment. Develop and maintenance customer user guides or manuals for current and future IPTV features.
REQUIREMENT

Fluent in English (Oral and Written). Basic knowledge in Database (Postgre, Oracle). Basic knowledge in IP network, switching and Routing. Experienced with Linux OS. Experienced in IPTV and OTT technology is a plus. Experienced in Network/IT Hardware & Software Troubleshooting. Willing to work in shift and travel (If needed). Good problem solving and analytical thinking skills. Responsible, cooperative, move forward attitude.
